More On Food - I cook breakfast, make salads and do manfood
Feeding myself is simple in my world.
I eat whole food.
I love eating out . . . I eat out almost everyday for breakfast or lunch.
My favorite spots for breakfast are Burnt Toast, The Kitchen, Turley's and Dot's (in that order).
For lunch it is WholeFoods (salad bar and turkey w/swiss or their Grill for a salmon or a burger plate), the mexican chicken salad at Chipotle, Any Indian Buffet (The Himalaya's, The Taj, Sherpa's and Tandoori Grill - in that order), Wahoo's Fish Tacos, China Gourmet, Outback Steakhouse, Sunflower or Ras Kassa's Ethiopian.
I love making smoothies, over easy eggs, toast, mochi or omelettes for breakfast.
I love the endless varieties of salad and salad dressing options.
And I cook good manfood: Burgers, Chili, Sandwiches, Bar-b-que and Guacamole.

Smiling is helpful as well.
A snowy solitary Sunday brunch at Burnt Toast in Boulder, Colorado is the birthplace of this blog.
This blog is dedicated to humor and health, creative self expression, self care, conscious kryptonite exposure and -- hopefully-- the lightening of the load carried by a few fellow travelers on this crazy crust.
What I want in Two Thousand and Ate:
Awakened Presence . . . Being here for this moment now, True Nature, Essence, Authenticity, Out of my Mind Naturalness, Relaxed-Open-Tender "come to my senses" Connectedness.
Youthful Energy . . . Creativity, novelty, a willingness to make mistakes and look silly, strength, deep restful sleep, cardio-vascular fitness, lots of laughter, flexibility and spontaneous fun.
Abundant Prosperity . . . enough money to take care of myself, to give to the people I love and to support the causes I believe in.
